 *** YOU MUST SET UP ON FRIDAY 12/12/25 ***

Due to the large number of vendors, no exceptions can be made for the 12/12/25 load-in date.

There will be NO VENDOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC allowed the mornings of the events,

Anything not brought in during Friday load-in will need to be carted in the morning of the event.



*Please note that Permit Fees are only partially refundable, except in the case that we cancel the event, This is a RAIN OR SHINE  event...Only cancellations made **NO LESS than ONE week before the event** are eligible for a 50% refund. 
 
*An approved application does not reserve your spot. The only way to fully reserve your spot is to pay the full vendor permit fee once the approval link is sent.**Spots are 10x10..we DO NOT provide tent, tables or displays... 
 
**Your tent MUST have side walls for overnights and weights for wind safety  

**Arts & Crafts $200.00 1 Day (Saturday Only) 100 Spots
**Arts & Crafts $300.00 2 Day
Arts & Crafts are defined as: hand-made items, candles, skin care, jewelry, apparel, and small businesses (real estate, lawn services, etc.). 
 
Pre-Packaged Snacks & Desserts  $375.00 2 Day
Pre-Packaged Snacks & Desserts are defined as: pre-made cookies, cakes, snacks (nuts, jams & jellies, canned goods, bottled juices, etc.).
                             
VIP Arts & Crafts  $425.00 2 Day 
 Our VIP path is located directly next to the food and bar areas to increase foot traffic for vendors ,These premium spots come with easy load-in access,  staff on site to help vendors load supplies from your vehicle, directly to your space. 
 
Food - $800.00 2 Day
Food trucks, baked goods, desserts, and other eateries of Atlanta

A NONREFUNDABLE **$25 application fee** is required upon submission. Once your application is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the remaining balance for your vending permit. 

 

WE ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY POWER FOR THIS EVENT , IF YOU NEED POWER YOU MAY BRING A QUIET GENERATOR***  IT MUST BE AN INVERTER GENERATOR.

 

**The application fee is not a deposit for the vendor permit fee, it is strictly a fee for processing your application** 
 
                          **FOOD VENDORS**
must comply with all Fulton County Board of Health rules and regulations, any extra permiting needed for your booth is your responsibility to attain..If you have a Fulton Co Mobile Unit FSP you're already eligible.
