 *** YOU MUST SET UP ON FRIDAY 12/12/25 ***

Due to the large number of vendors, no exceptions can be made for the 12/12/25 load-in date.

There will be NO VENDOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC allowed the mornings of the events,

Anything not brought in during Friday load-in will need to be carted in the moring of the event.

 

*Please note that Permit Fees are only partially refundable, with the exception of event cancelation

This is a RAIN OR SHINE  event...Only cancellations made **NO LESS than TWO weeks before the event** are eligible for a 50% refund.

*An approved application does not reserve your spot. The only way to fully reserve your spot is to pay the full vendor permit fee once the approval link is sent.*

*Spots are 10x10..we DO NOT provide tent, tables or displays...

**Your tent MUST have side walls for overnights and weights for wind

safety 

 
**​​Arts & Crafts $200.00 1 Day (Saturday Only) Limited to 100 Spots ONLY!
**​​Arts & Crafts $400.00 2 Day

Arts & Crafts are defined as: hand-made items, candles, skin care, jewelry, apparel, and small businesses (real estate, lawn services, etc.).

Pre-Packaged Snacks & Desserts $500.00 2 Day

 Pre-Packaged Snacks & Desserts are defined as: pre-made cookies, cakes, snacks (nuts, jams & jellies, canned goods, bottled juices, etc.).

VIP Arts & Crafts  $750 2 Day  

 Our VIP path is located directly next to the food and bar areas to increase visibility foot traffic for vendors. These premium spots come with early load-in access, full power access & staff on site to help vendors load supplies from your vehicle, directly to your space. 

 

Food $1000.00 2 Day

Food W/ Power $1200.00 2 Day

 Food trucks, baked goods, desserts, and other eateries of Atlanta.

*** POWER IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO FOOD AND VIP ***

 

A NONREFUNDABLE **$25 Application fee** is required upon submission. Once your application is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the remaining balance for your vending permit.

**The application fee is not a deposit for the vendor permit fee, it is strictly a fee for processing your application.**  

**FOOD VENDORS** must comply with all Fulton County Board of Health rules and regulations, any extra permiting needed for your booth is your responsibility to attain..If you have a Fulton Co Mobile Unit FSP you are already eligible.
