Please note that **Permit Fees are only partially refundable**, except in the case that we cancel the event. Cancellations made **NO LESS than one week before the event** are eligible for a 50% refund.

The fee for **FOOD VENDORS IS $275**, and the fee for **ARTS & CRAFTS IS $105**.

A NONREFUNDABLE **$25 application fee** is required upon submission. Once your application is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to pay the remaining balance for your vending permit.

**FOOD VENDORS** must comply with all Fulton County Board of Health rules and regulations, any extra permiting needed for your booth is your responsibility to attain..If you have a Fulton Co Mobile Unit FSP your're already eligible.
