Please note that **Permit Fees are only partially refundable**, except in the case that we cancel the event. Other cancellations made **NO LESS than one week before the event** are eligible for a 50% refund.

*An approved application does not reserve your spot. The only way to reserve your spot fully is to pay the full vendor permit fee once the approval link is sent.*

*Spots are 10x10..we DO NOT provide tent, tables or displays

The fee for
**FOOD VENDORS IS $275**, and the fee for **ARTS & CRAFTS IS $105**

*NO Hot Chocolate or Hot Cider Vendors**

A NONREFUNDABLE 
**$25 application fee** is required upon submission. Once your application is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the remaining balance for your vending permit. **the application fee is not a deposit for the vendor permit fee, it is strictly a fee for processing your application**

**FOOD VENDORS** must comply with all Fulton County Board of Health rules and regulations, any extra permiting needed for your booth is your responsibility to attain..If you have a Fulton Co Mobile Unit FSP you're already eligible.
